As Pediatrics Professionals, from all walks, we have the power to make change. We are no different from one another. We are all people, sons, daughters, parents, neighbors. We each have a different knowledge base and skill set. As individuals we can manage our practice and patients/clients. But is that all we really want? Or do we want to take the opportunities that are presented to us, when our patients/clients walk in the door and make a massive impact on their lives and the lives of all those they come in contact with?
