It has occurred to me through my 22 years practice that the standards in healthcare that we are being asked to meet are actually SUB-standard.   Our kiddos are getting sicker and sicker, making it harder and harder to be the good practitioners that they can count on!

And our patients/clients are just as frustrated as we are.

It took 22 years of feeling the pain of this decline, and experiencing the struggle to get patients well, where I used to see consistent success.  I have had a consistently large pediatric practice my entire career, and I now know that I can't do it alone.  And I have come to understand, you can't either.  Regardless of how large your practice is, ask yourself:
 Are you satisfied with most of your outcomes?
Is practice as fun as it used to be?
